Terms

Version 8 October 2026, under legal review

Who we are

postcache is operated by EndorphinIT a.s., Švábova 772/18, 152 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, company ID 21906998 (see the imprint). These terms apply to the website, the waitlist and the postcache service: the API, the MCP server and the files it hosts. By creating an account or using an API key you accept them.

The service

postcache stores image and video files your software uploads, checks them against the media rules of the platform you name, can convert them, and serves each file at a public URL until it expires (at most 7 days) or you delete it. postcache is not long-term storage: files are deleted when they expire, and we keep no copy.

The service is in early access. Features may change, and the service may have errors or be unavailable. We do our best to keep it running, but we give no guarantee of availability during early access.

Accounts and keys

An account belongs to one email address. You are responsible for everything done with your API keys. Keep them secret, and revoke a key in the dashboard as soon as you think it has leaked.

Plans and payment

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing month after that, and you can cancel before then.

Acceptable use

You may only use postcache for files meant for publication on a social platform. You may not use it to host or distribute:

You must not try to get around plan limits, daily caps or our blocks, or put an unreasonable load on the service.

We keep a list of fingerprints (SHA-256 hashes) of files that were removed or that we know to be illegal. A file with a listed fingerprint is refused at upload.

Reporting content (notice and action)

Anyone can report a file through the report form or by writing to abuse@postcache.dev, with the file URL and why the content is illegal or breaks these terms. This is also our single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), in English or Czech.

We review reports without undue delay. If we remove a file or suspend an account, we send the account owner a statement of reasons. It says what we did, why, whether it followed a report or our own review, and how to contest the decision. You can contest it by replying to that email or writing to abuse@postcache.dev within 6 months; a person reviews every appeal. You can also take the matter to court. We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it, and we always report child sexual abuse material.

Suspension and termination

We may remove files and suspend an account when we have reason to believe it breaks these terms or the law. Where the law allows, we give notice first, unless that would let harm continue. You can stop using postcache and ask us to delete your account at any time. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the month.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. You give us the right to store, convert and serve them at their URL for as long as they are hosted, only to provide the service. If your files contain personal data of other people, our data processing terms apply.

Liability

To the extent the law permits, EndorphinIT a.s. is not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts in Prague, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to go to a court where you live. Consumers in the EU can also use the out-of-court dispute resolution of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).

Changes

We may update these terms. For changes that affect paid accounts we give at least 30 days' notice by email. The version date at the top shows the latest version.
