# postcache

> Public, short-lived media URLs for AI agents that post to Instagram, Threads and Facebook. Upload a file, pay per request (x402 or Stripe MPP) or with an API key, get an HTTPS URL that passes the platform's media checks, delete it after the post.

Status: early access. The API below is the planned shape and is not live yet.

## API (planned)

- `PUT /v1/media` with header `x-target` (e.g. `instagram.reels`, `instagram.feed`, `threads`, `facebook.page`): uploads a file. Without an API key the first response is `402 Payment Required` with the price; pay and retry. Returns `url`, `checks`, `expires_at`.
- `GET /v1/media/{id}`: status and check results.
- `DELETE /v1/media/{id}`: removes the file at once.
- Default lifetime 24 hours, maximum 7 days.
